ESD Knives

Single-use electrosurgical insulated tip knife

KSD Knives

  • New improved electrode for easier lateral incision and submucosal dissection
  • Insulated tip enables incision and dissection of large lesions
  • Coiled sheath with optimised rigidity to maintain maximum maneuverability
  • To ensure clear field of view an optional distal attachment (D-201 series) may be used
  • KD-611LMin. working channel 2.8mm, Working length 1650mm, Knife length 4mm, Featuresinsulated tip outer diameter 2.2 mm.

Single Use Electrosurgical Knife

Hook Knife J

  • Submucosal Injection – The addition of a new jet function lets you perform saline injection after cutting – without switching device.
  • Distal L-Shaped Hook – Ideal for hooking tissue and pulling it away from the mucosa and proper muscle layer, event from a perpendicular direction.
  • Rotation and lock function – Rotatable when the handle is moved slightly back. Locked when the handle is maximally extended.
  • KD-625LRMin. working channel 2.8mm, working length 1650mm, Knife length 4.5mm, Featureshook length: 1,3 mm; rotatable.

  • KD-625URMin. working channel 2.8mm, working length2300mm, Knife length 4.5mm, Featureshook length: 1,3 mm; rotatable.

Single-use electrosurgical triangle tip knife

Triangle Tip Knife

  • Triangle-tipped knife for marking, incision and dissection
  • Conductive triangle tip for cutting the mucosa
  • No need to rotate the knife, cutting can be performed in any direction
  • Tip design suitable for controlling moderate bleeding
  • To ensure clear field of view an optional distal attachment (D-201 series) may be used
  • KD-640LMin. working channel 2.8mm, working length 1650mm, Knife length 4.5mm, Featurestriangle-tip plate length: 0.4 mm.
Single Use Electrosurgical Knife

TriangleTipKnife J

  • Submucosal Injection – Addition of a new jet function lets you perform saline injection after cutting – without switching devices.
  • Versatile Design – This is the only tool you need for every step in a POEM or ESD procedure – from marking to incision, additional injection, dissection, and hemostasis.
  • Unique Triangular Tip Design – Thinner and more compact triangular tip design helps you to perform accurate and efficient cutting and coagulation by using high voltage modes such as spray coagulation.
  • Spray Coag Compatibility – This is the first ESD and POEM device compatible with the high-voltage Spray Coag mode, supporting effective dissection.

Single Use Electrosurgical Knife

DualKnife J

  • Submucosal Injection – The addition of a new jet function lets you perform saline injection after cutting – without replacing the devidce.
  • Two-Steps Knife Length Adjustment – Facilitates handle operation and helps reduce perforation risk.
    * Knob-shaped tip :
  • Prevents the knife from slipping and also allows to hook up fibers – thereby facilitating a wide variety of cutting techniques during incision and dissection.
  • * Dome-shaped cover :
  • The rounded ceramic cover facilitates smooth & safe manipulation.
  • * Injection port :
  • A distal water exit allows saline to be injected through the sheath without replacing the device.
  • * Sheath marking :
  • Blue marking on the distal end helps improve the visibility of the sheath tip in the endoscopic field of view.
  • 2.0 mm Diameter Sheath – Slim sheath helps maintain suction capability in the scope channel while its rigidity supports smooth incision and tissue dissection.
  • Two versions – Designed for use in the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract.
Single-use distal attachments

Single-use soft straight distal attachments for ESD
(Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection)

  • Soft design for improved insertability of endoscope
  • To support endoscopic submucosal dissection
  • Side hole for draining of fluid
  • Length from distal end of endoscope: 4 mm

EMR Devices

Reusable distal attachments
  • Wide opening for resection of large surface areas with EMRC
  • Oblique design for tangential approach
  • For use with SD-221L-25, -221U-25 or SD-7P-1
  • Notch marking for optimal positioning of distal tip.
